To train and supervise draughtsman, search clerks and other departmental staff.
To review and sign the evaluation report prepared by Valuation Executive/Assistant.
To ensure appointments and instructions from clients are in the proper form and structure, which minimize risk in the collection of fees.
To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques.
To keep abreast with the property market movements and developments including the construction industry and the competitors.
To ensure that the operational costs are properly controlled.
To market the valuation service as well as the other professional services offered by the Company.
