To plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans and aids to facilitate active learning.
To develop and preparing differentiation in curriculum and lessons to cater student with different ability levels.
To make contact and teaching time with students on an individual, class or small group basis and developing programmes of learning activities.
To develop and review IEP (Individual Education Plan) and EIP (Early Intervention Program) for different student needs.
To prepare and to write assessment and progress report.
To encourage and implement inclusion setting through teaching methodologies.
To meet and liaise with parents regularly, train and ensure that they are clear on their expected roles and responsibilities in the development and education of their child.
To work as a team with other staff members in planning instructional goals, objectives, and methods.
To carry out any other tasks entrusted by Management.
