Job Overview:

As a Customer Success Specialist (CSS), you'll be at the heart of our customer interaction, ensuring that every call and email is a chance to demonstrate our commitment to excellence. You're not just responding to inquiries; you're solving problems, offering solutions, and making our customers' day better. You'll be the go-to person for anyone needing assistance with our online shopping experience, embodying our brand and values with every interaction.

Through your communication, be IT over the phone or via email, you're not just providing support; you're enhancing our company's image, one conversation at a time.

Essential Qualifications:

Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (or equivalent).
Language skills: B2 level in English and able to speak, read and write in (Simplified) Mandarin or Cantonese (Traditional Mandarin)
Work experience: At least 6 months in customer support, or a relevant degree for fresh graduates.
Technical skills: Minimum 40wpm typing speed with 90% accuracy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Academic background in English Communication, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
High emotional intelligence, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a proactive, learning-oriented attitude.
