Kelayakan
- Experience and knowledge in Japanese Omakase.
- Positive attitude and good teamwork.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever required.
- Advantage of having team management skill.
Tanggungjawab
- Working closely with the kitchen crew to run the kitchen smoothly.
- Able to manage, motivate, train the kitchen crew.
- Manage, R&D, and improve the menu.
- Food presentation and decorative food displays.
- Handle suppliers, ordering costs, and inventory management.
- Responsible for the standard and quality of food production adhering to food safety, hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
- Plan and execute the deployment of kitchen staff.
- Protect kitchen assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
- Plan and implement new ideas and work closely with Management.
