Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary and above or related fields
- Experience: Fresh Graduates/ At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Must be able to speak, read and understand in Mandarin.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Secondary Language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Open for Full Time & Part Time position.
Tanggungjawab
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes filing paperwork, maintaining records, managing expenses, and handling other day-to-day tasks.
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, redirecting as appropriate
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Provide support to other team members as required
