Kelayakan
- Candidate Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Computer skills – using appropriate computer skills and knowledge, ranging from data entry to systems analysis, to achieve work goals.
- Team Skills – being able to work collaboratively with others in a participative management environment; working independently as well as working on a team.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Responsibility, Punctuality, Team Work, Self Discipline, Good working attitude, Initiative
- Good command written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin and verbal communication skills.
- Able to handle Ad-hoc tasks from time to time

Tanggungjawab
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal / external clients
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Support in compiling of information, minutes of meeting, tasks and activity follow-up and coordination works
- Assist in the tracking of departmental performance against targets
- Collect and report department updates.
