Kelayakan

  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software and app-related issues on mobile devices (iOS and Android).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while handling multiple customer inquiries and technical issues simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with RM systems and support ticketing platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is preferred.
  • A passion for technology and mobile apps, with a desire to learn and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding solutions to customer challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an agile software development environment.
  • Knowledge of mobile app development frameworks, tools, and best practices.
  • Previous experience in app testing, quality assurance, or user experience (UX) research is a plus.
  • Certification in customer service or technical support is advantageous.

Tanggungjawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our mobile applications.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
  • Guide customers through the app installation process, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide step-by-step instructions for resolving common problems.
  • Collaborate with our development and quality assurance teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues reported by customers.
  • Document and track customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions, using our RM system.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support resources to empower customers to self-serve.
  • Assist with beta testing and gather user feedback to inform product improvements and bug fixes.
  • Advocate for customers' needs and provide input to the product development team based on customer feedback and support trends.
  • Stay informed about new app features, updates, and industry trends to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to a positive customer experience.
