Kelayakan
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., PA, ACCA) preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Sungai Besi
Tanggungjawab
- Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings as required.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes.
- Maintain and update accounting software and systems.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
