Kelayakan
- Required Language (written & spoken): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.(to liaise with mandarin-speaking distributor).
- Possess Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent or other education background is welcome
- 1 or 2 Years of working experience in the related field. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Experience in Multi-level Marketing (MLM) is an added advantage but not a prerequisite.
- Sensitive to numbers is an added advantage.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Good in negotiation, communication & interpersonal skill.
- Good knowledge of MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to travel.
Tanggungjawab
- To work closely with Division Head to formulate training & education program and develop effective marketing plans and or strategies to recruit, retain and develop distributors and ultimately increase company sales target.
- To assist in monitoring the productivity, performance and engagement of key leaders and distributors.
- To conduct effective orientation, compensation plan, and product introduction sessions.
- Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and events such as seminars, workshops, and trainings.
- To support distributors in marketing activity.
- Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior.
