Kelayakan
- Self-motivated, discipline, independant and willing to learn.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good in writing creative contents for social media.
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or equivalent.
- At least intermediate creative drawing abilities.
- Innovative design approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic Knowledge in Photo/Video editing.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage and update E-Commerce platforms like Shopee, Alibaba, etc.
- Conduct product shooting, uploading, and other administrative tasks.
- Edit content and plan sales campaigns to boost platform performance.
- Collaborate with the social media platform supplier for online promotions and content strategies.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through the company's online platforms.
- Plan, manage, and execute competitions to enhance sales and engagement.
- Analyze overall trade performance on a monthly basis to optimize strategies.
- Ensure sales targets and marketing budgets are met and aligned.
- Offer online sales commissioning options and yearly target rewards.
