Kelayakan
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in car servicing
- Experience in inspecting, servicing, maintaining, repairing, replacing, adjusting and testing vehicles and material equipment system
- Minimum SKM certificate (level 3) in automotive/mechanical or equivalent
- Valid D driving license
- Basic computer skills
Tanggungjawab
- To perform work designed on the repair order according to standards and procedures given in the Perodua’s service manual and other literature approved / issued by Perodua HQ.
- To comply on Customer Handling procedure based on PSM standard especially in production area or any other area related to workshop.
- To ensure that all vehicles worked on are properly handled whenever vehicles are at the premises for service/repair.
- To ensure the safety & cleanliness of the workshop is maintained before and after the completion of service or repair.
- To ensure and maintain tools given in good condition and responsible for any loss of the tools.
- To utilize of tools given when required to execute proper and accurate work where IT is specified.
- To ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.
- To attends all required training sessions and meetings.
- To be prepared to work extra time, with responsible notice as requested by the SM/superior.
- To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior
