Tanggungjawab
- Financial Recording: Recording all financial transactions accurately and timely. This includes sales, purchases, income, and payments.
- Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software or manual ledgers.
- Accounts Payable (AP): Processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Accounts Receivable (AR): Invoicing customers, tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Bank Reconciliation: Matching internal records with bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Compiling financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis to help management make informed decisions.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and coordinating with external tax advisors.
- Audit Support: Providing support during internal and external audits by preparing audit schedules, gathering documentation, and addressing auditor inquiries.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide insights for decision-making.
