Kelayakan
- Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in human resource functions.
- Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and Labor Law.
- Able to work within tight deadline, multi-task and fast pace working environment.
- Good personality, maintain confidentiality and able to work independently and as a team.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin is preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Able to motivate employees and build relationships with employees at all levels
- Maintaining database, Recruitment Reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinker and problem-In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and various interviewing methods
- Experience organizing employee engagement and conducive workplace environment
- Manage the recruitment activities that include job posting, screening and interview scheduling and source for various recruitment channels.
- Provide employee services that include staff on boarding, staff exit clearance, staff performance appraisal, HR documentation and HR process.
- Others related duties within your scope that are assigned by your immediate superior.
