Kelayakan
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven track record in sales, especially in the e-learning or education technology industry can be beneficial.
- Possess high language proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Express interest in providing innovative eLearning solutions to enhance learning and teaching within organizations.
- Added advantage for candidates with experience on RM software (e.g., Salesforce) for efficient data management and customer relationship tracking.
- Possess exceptional communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail to minimize errors on sales documents, coupled with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving skill in resolving issues related to orders inquiries, or communication.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences, coupled with comfort in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's e-learning products and services, while staying updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to communicate product advantages effectively.
- Create compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and goals of prospective clients, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of the e-learning solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their requirements and providing relevant solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team to leverage marketing materials and campaigns in order to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall sales objectives while adeptly negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure secure deals.
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing and documentation for successful closures.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the company's customer support and technical teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and deals.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market trends in e-learning.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and product development based on market research.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to e-learning products and sales techniques.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops provided by the company and principles.
