Kelayakan
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing training programs and initiatives.
- Experience with organizational development, including organizational assessments, change management etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with a passion for employee development and organizational effectiveness.
- Comfort in a start-up environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs and initiatives that support the development of our employees and align with Company's overall objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning objectives.
- Design engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and other training resources.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and other assessment tools.
- Assist in the development of career development plans and pathways for employees.
- Lead organizational development initiatives aimed at improving employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct organizational assessments and develop action plans to address areas for improvement.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development and organizational effectiveness.
