Kelayakan
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in any Business Administrator or related discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to identify issues, anticipate potential problems, and proactively find solutions.

- Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls.
- Providing administrative support to executives, managers, or team members as needed.
- Providing a welcoming and professional reception for visitors and guests.
