What are the Qualifications we looking at?
- A great learning attitude; we do provides training but IT's important if you will follow the guidelines and company policy.
- A little confidence level in communication across different societal levels; we usually dealing with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- For fresh graduates, ideally from the background of Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business administration, Marketing or related studies.
- Candidate with prior experience in recruitment cycle is a major advantage.
