Kelayakan
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in finance and accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with excellent skills in SQL Accounting system.
- Highly analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with accounting software such as Autocount Accounting system.
- Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
- Exceptional organizational, and problem-solving skills..
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee the entire accounting function, including the preparation and review of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and management accounts, ensuring timely compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
- Optimize efficiency and implement lean process improvements in day-to-day accounting and financial operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Inventory, and costing.
- Proactively follow up on pending invoices and reimbursements, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and payment.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of all invoices and journals to the accounting system.
- Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries regarding audit and tax matters.
- Provide financial data and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
