Kelayakan
- Company: this position is posted for "IKD FOEHL (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD."
- Bachelor degree, preferable of majoring in marketing or sales management.
- Fluent in English, optionally in Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry.
Tanggungjawab
- Set up sales strategy of southeast Asia, in charge of business development of Zinc die casting and plastic injection molding related products in southeast Asia;
- Collect and analyze market information, develop the potential customer accordingly;
- Expand sales volume of existing customer, including tooling sales;
- Offer creatable solutions and technical supports to the customer to bring sales increase;
- Expending customer relationship management plan and activity of Key accounts;
- Satisfied with customer's demand of inquiring ，to close the sales contract finally;
- Follow up business development strategies, develop customers;
- Keep effective communication with customers, and maintain good relationship with them；
- Keep effective internal communication with internal relative dept. as general contact window to customers;
- Be responsible for sales contact review, signature, implement and management;
- Other works assigned by superior.
