Tanggungjawab
- Handling inquiries from customers regarding product availability, pricing, delivery status, and other related matters via phone, email, or in-person.
- Processing sales orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy in product, quantity, pricing, and delivery details.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases, including contact information, purchase history, and other relevant details to facilitate efficient communication and targeted marketing efforts.
- Compiling sales data and generating reports on sales performance, trends, and forecasts to aid in decision-making and strategy development.
- Meeting with potential clients to understand their renovation needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Providing expert advice and recommendations on suitable renovation solutions based on their requirements.
