Kelayakan
- Candidates must possess at least a STPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Knowledge of banking, audit and taxation matters
- Proficient in computer application such as Excel, Word and SQL accounting software
- Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
Tanggungjawab
- To handle full set of accounting, account payable, account receivable, cash book and general ledger entries for interior design companies
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, inter-company and creditors account balances.
- To ensure proper maintenance of documentations and filing to support all accounting records
- Other task to be assigned from time to time.
- Liase with external parties such as auditor, tax agent and banker.
