Kelayakan
- Applicants with SPM level qualification and above
- Applicants have fluent proficiency in English (read, speak, type)
- Applicants can speak Mandarin.
- Applicants can work Rotational shift; 9 hours shift between 7am to 3am
- Applicants can work 5 days a week with 2 rotational days off.
- Applicants can start on 26th of June.
- Applicants would have to work based in office (PJ)
Tanggungjawab
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat regarding inquiries, policy information, account management, claims processing, and general support.
- Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings.
- Providing customers with clear instructions to resolve issues.
- Rerouting customer calls to other departments when advanced solutions are needed.
Manfaat
- Monthly Salary: RM2800 Basic Salary + Up to RM400 Night Shift Allowance + Up to RM500 KPI allowance.

- 1 month of training with basic salary will be provided.
