Job Responsibilities:

• To contact the customers of Unit Manager to arrange and confirm appointment
• To reply FaceBook leads and obtain contact number and forward to the Unit Manager to follow up
• To arrange the appointment of customer by monitoring schedule of the Unit Manager
• Conducting health assessments, cell check, Bio Resonance scan, for the customers to help customers understand the benefits of these assessments for their well-being.
• To issue invoice for customers
• Packing of products and handling delivery through despatch or courier
• To follow up product delivery status
• Prepare relevant reports and submit timely
• Filing of documentation for the Unit Manager
• Update new customer sales in weekly and monthly basis, report preparation
• To keep record for sales transactions for monthly, in house event, road show and new customers
• Ensure each sales invoice attached with bank in slip and forward bank in slip to Finance Department timely
• Support in house events or road show or corporate events
• Any ad hoc assigned by the Unit Manager
