Objective:

• Support the project manager in overseeing renovation projects.
• Assist in ensuring successful completion of renovation projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budgeting for renovation projects.
• Assist in managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for materials and services.
• Monitor progress of renovation projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the renovation process.
• Help resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Support project manager in overall project success through efficient coordination, teamwork and problem-solving
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
