Kelayakan
- Degree Holder in accounting or related disciplines;
- ACCA / PA / ICAEW qualification is strongly desired;
- Preferably with big 4 experience
- Experiences in the audit of listed companies, and sound knowledge of IPOs, Listing Rules, Takeovers Code related transactions and capital raising exercises will be preferred;
- Excellent technical and training skills;
- Self-motivating and willing to confront seasonal work pressure;
- Proven leadership, proactive in problem-solving and team management;
- Good command of written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as IT is necessary to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.);
- Well-versed in computer knowledge, including Word, Excel;
- Well-organised, hardworking, willing to learn, and enjoy working as a team;
- Outgoing and pleasant personality, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently & under pressure;
- 3-5 years of audit/ post-qualification experience is required;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Tanggungjawab
- Assisting the engagement directors and manager-in-charge in carrying out quality audits and other assurance services to clients across various industries;
- Managing all aspects of audit engagements including planning, administration, staff scheduling, staff coaching, execution and closely monitoring engagement progress to ensure pre-agreed deadlines and milestones are met;
- Managing relationships with clients effectively;
- Assisting with the preparation of audit proposals and presentations;
- Responsible for client liaison, audit planning, control and execution;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Highly independent and positive towards work commitments.
