Kelayakan
- Candidate must willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent.
- One (1) year of related working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Required skill(s): MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and etc)
- Independent, able to handle multi-tasking
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
Tanggungjawab
- Respond to emails others correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed
- Complete accurate daily report documents, memos and invoices
- Provide onboarding support for all new staff
- Draft agendas, record minutes and created documents for meetings
- Tracking of employees attendance
- Employee relations management
- Act as communication bridge between the departments
- Coordinate communication and messages delivering within Superior and Headquarters from China and Taiwan with Malaysia
- Apply for external warehouse rental payment utilities fees and company inbound costs payment
