Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least Degree/Diploma / LCCI or equivalent in any accounting field.
- Preferable minimum 3-5 years experienced in accounting field.
- Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (Verbal & Written) due to the need handling Mandarin language documents from HQ.
- Preferable candidate familiar with Autocount accounting system.
- Preferable candidate who attentive and wiling to work overtime when needed.
- Familiar in Microsoft Office especially Excel & Word.
- Experience in accounting software, familiar in Auto count software will be added advantage.
- Responsible, good attitude and able to meet deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payable
- Checking AP invoices and other expenses to ensure that expenses are accurate and posted in accounting system.
- Prepare and issue payment voucher for AP payment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly debtor aging & collection report.
- Assist in prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filling system.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or task assigned from time to time.
- Daily settlement of credit card
- Ensure all companies’ documents are up-to-date, proper filling and well keep.
