Assistant HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business goals and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes and programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure the organization's compensation strategy is competitive.
• Handle payroll & statutory (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB) processing, time and attendance tracking, and other related processes.
• Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust policies and practices accordingly.
• Familiarity with Malaysia’s labour laws and related worker policies and regulations, with practical experience in handling interviews & onboarding process.
