• Train subordinates on product quality issues.
• Update report and monitor daily production progress.
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstation.
• Check daily production output and update, if necessary.
• Study the root cause of problems and rectify IT.
• Set up mould as requested and follow production planning.

• Ensure all the ISO / IATF 16949 related documents are update accordingly.
• Follow the standard machine parameter setting for daily production.
