- Strong organizational and coordination skills, capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Accurate and detail-oriented work attitude, ensuring smooth operation of office daily affairs.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with internal staff and external partners.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, such as Microsoft Office suite and printers.
- Strong team player, able to collaborate with colleagues to accomplish work tasks.
- Good problem-solving and adaptability skills, able to handle unexpected situations under pressure.
- Possess confidentiality awareness, able to handle sensitive information and ensure information security.
Tanggungjawab
- Efficiently scan PDF documents and promptly send them to the accountant for processing.
- Maintain monthly records of sales and expenses and categorize transactions by location (warehouse, shop, event) in a Google Sheet.
- Assist the accountant with accurate data entry tasks.
- Facilitate urgent sales order placement from Google Sheets to the DP system when necessary.
- Monitor customer payment transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Effectively communicate with relevant parties in case of missing or inaccurate invoices.
- Coordinate with others to rectify invoice discrepancies or missing details promptly.
