Kelayakan
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in marketing or business-related field
- Able to work independently.
- Possess own transport, is willing to travel within Klang Valley.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Goal-oriented and a team player.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee and directly manage all e-commerce platform and its online activity in order to generate sales and acquire traffic. This includes but not limited to, daily maintenance, campaign execution, and price updates.
- Prepare and create product listings on the e-commerce platform. Ensure functionality on a daily basis by doing website checks.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy which may include, marketing tools, marketing campaigns.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on sales, conversion rate, traffic, etc. Including forecasting, sales/order, and useful market insights to the leadership team.
- Work closely with various external stakeholders to plan and optimize our existing e-commerce brands exposure, campaign and program.
- Analyze past campaigns in order to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct market research and stay up to date with the latest e-commerce trends/marketing strategies and execution in order to increase online sales
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor.
