Kelayakan

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 2 or more years experience in related field
  • Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.

The sales coordinator's responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments and clients, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction.

Details:-

  • Contacting customers to arrange appointments on project delivery.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and arranging delivery dates
  • Diligently checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  • Plan and monitor the sales administration to ensure smooth processing of sales delivery
  • To manage the order delivery process, liaising with internal and external groups to ensure smooth delivery to customers in compliance with the customers’ expectations and requirements
  • Assist the professional service team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any documentation
  • Immediate problem solving while receiving complaints and reporting to superior
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
