Kelayakan

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a payroll clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and practices is advantageous.

Tanggungjawab

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records manually or using computerized systems.
  • Prepare and verify statements of earnings for employees, detailing gross and net salaries, and deductions (taxes, union dues, garnishments, insurance, pension plans), if applicable.
  • Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and record information accurately.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll and government statutory reports (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF).
  • Prepare monthly summaries for client billing and invoicing.
  • Maintain payroll operations in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collect, review, and submit monthly supplier/vendor invoices.
  • Generate and monitor a name list for confirmation of Foreign Worker renewal permits with the Operations team. Update foreign workers' work permits on clients and SOCSO portal
  • Assist in workers' onboarding processes, including bank account arrangements, SOCSO, and CP22 registration.
  • Assist in employee repatriation processes, including government declaration reports (JTK & LHDN).
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
