Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity
- Fresh gradute are welcome to apply junior QS.
Tanggungjawab
- Assist Contract Manager and Project Manager in contract administration.
- Prepare quotations, pre-qualification documents and tender documents
- Handle pre-contract and post contract activities.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, variation order and final accounts to client.
- Evaluate progress claims and final accounts from subcontractors.
- Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of on-going project.
- Manage project costing including payment claims, variations and final accounts.
- Prepare sub-contractors’ selection and award matters.
