Kelayakan
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but those with experience are a plus
- Friendly demeanour, independently motivated, innovative
Tanggungjawab
- Assist with administrative tasks, document management
- Collect personal details from clients; ensure accurate system filing and data updates
- Provide support to customers; address queries professionally
- Arrange flights and accommodation for eligible clients
- Work closely with the sales team; assist with sales clients personal details/status updates and-related tasks
- Use Microsoft Office Suite & other office tools efficiently
- Manage multiple tasks; perform well under pressure
- Maintain a welcoming attitude towards customers
Manfaat
- RM4,000 Monthly Salary
