- Proficient in the air freight forwarding industry, with 5 years or more of experience in sales, marketing, and related fields.
- Well-acquainted with the characteristics of industry clientele, boasting established customer relationships.
- Extensive experience in marketing planning, capable of identifying and securing potential business partners, and well-versed in the current developments in the industry market.
- Possess strong language proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, facilitating effective communication with customers within South East Asia countries.
- Willing to undertake official business travel arrangements.
- Possesses a strong sense of teamwork, enthusiasm for work, and strong sense of responsibility.
Tanggungjawab
- Responsible for developing local air freight clients in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Assist in coordinating air freight business solutions for clients in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other South East Asia countries.
- Promote services to existing or potential clients to expand the customer database and increase sales revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, execute sales plans, drive sales growth, expand market share, and support business expansion.
- Identify potential clients and market opportunities, understand client needs, provide comprehensive solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work Location: Shah Alam, Malaysia.
