Kelayakan
The role is very approachable with a few basic Requirements:
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Works well with others in the team
- Willing to learn about new products and how to engage with customers
- Passion for retail is a bonus
- Able to commute to the store
- The role is 6 days a week on a shift basis.
Tanggungjawab
- Quality check of the stocks when they arrive to ensure that all items meet the required specifications and are free from damage or defects.
- Ensure all the respective displays are properly stocked and organized. This includes ensuring the proper signage, right price and promotions are on display.
- Checking of products on display to ensure the integrity and freshness of the products are maintained.
- Monitoring and managing of the stock inventory.
- Ensuring the store and stock room remains clean, organized and in compliance to the safety regulations.
- Handling customer queries, engaging with product information and assisting in various task.
- Supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Supporting e-commerce purchases by packing based on the orders.
