Kelayakan
- Education : SPM with 3 years relevant working experience or minimum Diploma/Degree in related field.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or relevant field.
- Familiar with Taiwan Zhuyin keyboard.
Tanggungjawab
- To handle call and other alternative channels for all incoming request for IT support and resolve network hardware and software issue within Level 1 scope of work
- Monitoring and maintaining the performance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases.
