Computer-Aided Design (CAD)

• Utilize CAD software, 2D&3D Software, AI and many more to create detailed digital models and technical drawings of components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to develop and refine design concepts based on project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure that CAD designs adhere to industry standards, regulations, and best practices for manufacturability and performance.

Manufacturing Process Oversight:

• Liaise with manufacturing teams to understand production requirements and constraints, and to optimize designs for manufacturing.
• Oversee the manufacturing process, including CNC machining, 3D printing, or other production methods, to ensure that CAD designs are accurately translated into physical components.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during manufacturing, such as material defects or machining errors, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough quality checks and inspections of manufactured components to verify conformance to design specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and address any deviations or discrepancies between CAD designs and physical products, implementing revisions or improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of CAD designs, manufacturing processes, and quality control activities.
• Generate reports, analysis, and documentation to track project progress, identify areas for improvement, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including assembly instructions, operating manuals, and product specifications.
