Kelayakan
- Excel skills which can be develop further.
- Able to communicate well with all levels of the team.
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (communication with Dealers / Branches)
Tanggungjawab
- Oversee and responsible on the whole Sales Order Processing Module. 632 system and new Sales Order Processing (OTC 2.0)
- Main coordinator between all the branches’ Sales Admin and Salespersons, to handle all the sales orders related matters.
- Coordinating with Marketing Department on all the inventory matters, from incoming shipment to stock allocation and reservation.
- Handling of Daily and Monthly Sales reporting, to communicate with Salespersons on the daily and monthly sales progress.
- Any other assignment as may be instructed by the Superior.
