Requirements:
- Young and energetic.
- Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experienced at least 1 year of dealer sales in the electrical, household, furniture, interior design or home appliances industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
Tanggungjawab
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Promote company products and services to dealers through various channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand dealer network.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with dealers.
- Provide product training and support to dealers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by management.
