Kelayakan

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the office team, including filing, data entry, and managing paperwork.

  • Problem Solving: Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including sales, operations, and warehouse staff, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy in order processing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, software systems, and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues professionally and effectively.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with rental management software or willingness to learn.
  • Dependability: Consistently meet deadlines, follow through on commitments, and be reliable in attendance and work performance.
