We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving and supporting our HR Functions, and ensuring a high level of professionalism.

• Responsible for administrative duties and daily HR operations.
• Assist in staff recruitment processes, such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
• Monthly payroll preparation and ensuring timely payment of salary and preparations of payroll reports.
• Liaison with all regulatory bodies such as Labor Office, Income Tax, EPF, and SOCSO to ensure all regulations are complied with.
• Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities.
• To be responsible for preparing and circulating company's memo and notice.
• Maintain and record employee’s database, orientation, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leave, medical certificate, salary, allowance, bonus, resignation and etc.
• Take on additional projects/assignments as and when required.
