Responsibilities and Roles

• Manage recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
• Oversee work completed by employees.
• Ensure employee conduct procedures are effective and that all employees follow company policies and programs.
• Review employment laws and ensure the company is in compliance.
• Investigate and address staff complaints and coordinate employee requests.
• Review benefit plans
• Monitoring team performance through goal setting and reviews
• Upgrading HR information systems, tools and analytics dashboards
• Workflow analysis review of current state procedures including digitization opportunities
• Managing base pay structures, bonus allocation and equity incentives process
• Ensuring salary competitiveness via market pricing analysis and projections
• Designing comprehensive employee benefits package within budget
• Planning hiring volumes and talent acquisition budgeting aligned to growth objectives
