Kelayakan
- Min possess Diploma or Degree in relevant field;
- Fluent in three languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin;
- With at least 3-5 years relevant working experience;
- Familiar with recruitment processes, candidates with related recruitment experience will be given priority;
- Proficient in using office automation software;
- Pleasant appearance, with charisma and clear articulation;
- Enthusiastic and outgoing, with excellent communication skills;
- Diligent and responsible, patient, and possesses strong teamwork spirit;
- Preference given to Chinese individuals with customer service or front desk experience.
Tanggungjawab
- Implement recruitment activities according to the recruitment plan, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting phone interviews;
- Understand and grasp the manpower needs of each department, maintain close communication with all departments, and complete recruitment tasks within the specified time;
- Responsible for receiving visitors and handling front desk calls, mail;
- Responsible for communication with local government offices on work-related matters;
- Responsible for employee attendance, office supplies management, etc.;
- Responsible for front desk and company environment hygiene management.
