Kelayakan
- Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Must have a good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin would be an advantage.
- Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently with minimal supervision, and be a team player.
- Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines.
Tanggungjawab
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance.
- Conduct quality checks and reviews on devices to maintain standards.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.
- Liaise with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
