Kelayakan

  • Degree/Diploma in any field preferable in HR or Business Admin/Management.
  • Good in communication and writing skills Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR Department.
  • Experience in managing and handling foreign workers and Immigration Department of Malaysia.
  • Able to handle payroll system.
  • Knowledgeable on Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 (Act 4), Employees’ Minimum Standard of Housing, Accommodations and Amenities Act 1990, Employment Act 1955 and LHDN.
  • The ability to work in a fast pace environment.

Tanggungjawab

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing information and guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsible to do issuance of Letter offer, Memo to all employees or any HR related maters.
  • Check and verify staff claim and key in into the accounting system.
  • Keep track all the staff annual leaves, medical leaves, attendance and training.
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll system.
  • Handle staff recruitment process (local staff, foreign worker & Intern), including job advertisement and arrange for an interview session with management.
  • Manage and maintain employee records and files.
  • Arrange foreign staff for FOMEMA medical checkup for the purpose yearly work renewal.
  • Closely monitor and arrange staff for typhoid injection once expired.
  • Manage employee’s accommodation at hostel, hostel maintenance and renewal tenancy agreement. Ensure compliance of the “Employees’s Minimum Standard, Housing, Accommodations and amenities Act 1990 (Act 446)”.
  • Monitor and execute documents for the staff training and liaise with external training provider.
  • Responsible for HRDF SBL Khas process, prepare document and submit for HRDF Grant.
  • Planning and monitor yearly training plan for the company.
  • Help ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, ISO, and ethical standard requirements including record keeping and reporting.
  • Responsible to answer the audit queries from LHDN, Immigration Department of Malaysia, JTK, MITI and KKM.
  • Perform ad hoc or any task assigned by Management from time to time.
