- Have some basic knowledge in graphic design
- Proven experience as an online store manager or similar role in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze online store performance.
- Able to communicate and read in Mandarin
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality basic
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Tanggungjawab
- Manage overall online store operations
- Create/update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers for stock maintenance.
- Analyze sales data, trends for informed product assortment, pricing decisions.
- Develop marketing campaigns
- Monitor/respond to customer inquiries, feedback for high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities for growth opportunities.
