Kelayakan

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Administrative experience preferred but not required.
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with experience in business follow-ups.
  • Proficient in SQL billing operations.
  • Follow up with logistics companies, manage inventory, and track supplier deliveries.

Tanggungjawab

Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, file organization, and document management.

 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including employee records, inventory, and expenses.
  • Assist in generating reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
