Kelayakan
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Familiarity with payroll processing.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus point.
Tanggungjawab
- Handle South East Asia account-related matters.
- Process payroll accurately and confidentially.
- Perform daily accounting operations with precision.
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain records in the accounting system.
- Handle matters related to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Perform daily administrative tasks, including scanning and filing of financial and secretarial documents.
- Manage the full set of accounts.
- Monitor progress claims, vendor, and creditor payments.
- Ensure timely payment of monthly fixed expenses.
- Implement relevant policies, activities, procedures, and instructions.
- Collaborate with auditors during the audit process.
- Provide advice or suggestions on matters related to accounting.
- Offer financial analysis and decision-making support.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes.
